The www.maramila.gr/com is the internet (electronic) shop which is owned and edited by Mitroula Maria hereinafter referred to as «maramila», a jewellery workshop having its registered office at Kato Lehonia, T.K. 37300, Magnesia, Greece.
Maramila may revise these terms from time to time by updating this posting, with the revised terms taking effect for all users as of the date stated on the posting. Consequently, users should consult the terms regularly.
1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Maramila endeavours to maintain and keep available the site and its content. We maintain however the right to change its content and terms without prior warning, as well as to stop its operation temporarily or permanently.
Maramila shall not be liable to customers / users for losses which may arise from handling/non-handling of their application/connection to www.maramila.gr/com
Maramila does not warrant that the functional or technical aspects of the www.maramila.gr/com will be error free or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
2. Information and products
Maramila is committed to accuracy, truth and completeness of the information listed in the online store, both as regards the identity of maramila and the services provided through the online store, transactions. Maramila, as part of good faith is not liable and is not bound for errors due to an error in the recording of electronic data in the store.
The prices shown in the lists next to each product include VAT (23%). These prices are valid for available items, whereas maramila reserves the right to readjust the prices.
3. Intellectual And Industrial Property Rights
Maramila owns the intellectual and industrial property rights of all content on this site, excluding any explicit exceptions made (intellectual rights of third parties, associates and authorities). Maramila has created this website to provide information about the products for personal use. Users are not authorised to sell, reproduce, distribute, display or publicly perform any text, graphics, images, logos, videos, multimedia or the selection and compilation of the contents of the site. Nothing contained on the web site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this web site without Maramila’s prior written permission or that of such third party who owns the trademark. Maramila precisely applying the principles of protection of personal data, provided by the National and European law and the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law. 2472/1997) for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data and the law 3471/2006 “Protection of personal data and privacy during electronic communication”, will not make use of personal information in any unlawful way or without prior approval from you.
By visiting www.maramila.gr/com you are not obliged to fill in any personal data. The user needs to give his/her personal data (name, address, phone number, etc) only if he/she proceeds of making an order.
The credit card information, in the case that payment through credit card is chosen, are not entered and saved in www.maramila.gr/com, but at the Piraeus Bank’s database, as you will be forwarded to Piraeus Bank secure online transaction system when you choose “payment through credit card”.
Maramila will not make any unauthorized use of your personal data and in no way disclose, publish, sell, lease or exchange your personal information and the information you submit to any third party. In special cases, your personal information may be publicized, always following legal procedures when forced by Public Authorities, Court etc.
The Customer declares that all information provided by him/her for use in this site is accurate. Consistent with the laws in force, you have the right to access and check your personal data, modify them and request their removal.

All user’s personal data (personal information, addresses, etc) are classified and are encrypted using SSL 128 bit technology, the most powerful on the internet, so that it stays totally secure during transmission. The SSL 128 bit technology is certified by GeoTrust. All information transmitted with SSL is protected by a mechanism that automatically detects if the data has been altered during transmission. Maramila will not make any unauthorized use of your personal data and in no way disclose, publish, sell, lease or exchange your personal information and the information you submit to any third party.

The terms and conditions of this website, in force as amended by Maramila, are governed by Greek Law.
Any difference that may occur in regards to the use of this website falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts, and specifically under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Volos, with the application of Greek Law.

8. Prices Policy
Maramila reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the product pages of the www.maramila.gr/com at any time without prior notice.
While Maramila strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Maramila shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, maramila may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All prices shown on the product pages of the Website are in Euros and include VAT 23%.In addition, fluctuations in applicable VAT, tax rates and local market conditions may also result in some variations.
Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected in the Confirmation of Order and invoice. Delivery costs are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price after you have chosen your delivery/payment options.
9. Orders
If you‘re ordering on the www.maramila.gr/com, orders will be proceeded as follows: Once you have chosen a product, click on the «Add to Shopping Bag» button to place the product in your shopping bag. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping bag or proceed to «Checkout» by clicking on this button. You may also remove one or several products you have selected by clicking on «Remove» next to the chosen product in the Shopping Bag.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, maramila reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at anytime.
The advertising of products and services on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer and no contract of sale is formed between you and maramila until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted once credit card authorisation has been confirmed, the order reflects current pricing, stock levels have been checked or in the case of services we can offer the service you require. Once we accept your order, you shall pay the price for the goods or services plus VAT and delivery and other costs specified on the order page.
Please keep your "confirmation of order" e-mail for your records.
There are clear indications concerning availability for all the products on maramila.gr.
Nevertheless, you can order products that are not immediately available and we will contact you by e-mail, within a reasonable timeframe, so as to let you know the possible delivery date. In that case, you can ask us to cancel your order, if you think that the timeframe given is not to your satisfaction.
Extreme conditions: If, due to extreme conditions (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes etc.) it is not possible for us to deliver the products within the time set, we will inform you by e-mail in order for you to decide if you still want your order to be executed under the circumstances.
10. Shipping & Delivery Information
After receiving your order, we will check that the relevant products are available and an order confirmation email will be send to you.
After the order confirmation email, your order will be shipped to you.
The address specified by the buyer must be real and valid. In case the buyer is absent from the address he/she has specified, or his/her address details have changed, the buyer is responsible for notifying maramila in a timely manner, in order to ship the order to the correct address. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the additional shipment cost.
Maramila is not responsible for delays because of extreme conditions or misunderstandings between the customer and the courier.

We accept orders from all around the world but we separate them into two main categories depending on the shipping cost and delivery time.
1. Delivery in Greece
Products can be delivered anywhere in Greece, and specifically to the location you indicate on the Order Form, by ACS Courier service. Deliveries are made daily, except on weekends and official holidays.
Shipping costs for each order are 3,5€. If the package is delivered cash-on-delivery, there is an additional 2,5€ charge. Shipping is free on domestic orders above 50€. All of the above prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination. Maramila will make every effort to deliver your products within the above business days.
For inaccessible places, according to ACS Courier, the delivery will be accomplished by Hellenic Post (ELTA).
In any case you will be informed for your order’s shipping details via email.
2. Delivery abroad
Deliveries are made by Hellenic Post (ELTA). Delivery time is estimated to 2-7 working days for Zone 1 and to 3-10 days for Zone 2.
The above delivery time is indicated by ELTA and www.maramila.gr/com is not responsible for any degree of change.
Shipping is free on international orders above 100€ (VAT included).
- Zone 1- Europe
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France Germany, Denmark, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia , Sweden, Czech Republic Finland, Cyprus, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway.
Shipping costs for Zone 1 countries orders are 6€ to 14€, depending on the destination.
- Zone 2
In this category are all the rest countries. Shipping costs for Zone 2 countries orders are 7€ to 25€, depending on the destination.
For non European Union Countries please notice:
Clearance of the products is an extra cost, such as taxes and import duties are charged to the recipient. Charges vary, depending on the applicable taxes of each country.

11. Payment Information
For your convenience, maramila suggests the following payment methods for your purchases:
1. PayPal
When choosing payment through Paypal you will be forwarded to Paypal webpage (secure online transaction system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in the system of maramila.gr.
2. Credit Card
Our cooperation with Piraeus Bank guarantees the credibility and security of your purchases. Card data (card number, CVV2, expiration date etc.), is transmitted over the Internet in an encrypted format (SSL 128-bit encryption). Maramila does not collect or store your card data whatsoever.
3. Bank Deposit
You can deposit the equivalent of your order at one of the following bank accounts, please do notice that is necessary to fill in your name and surname at the bank deposit form and then contact with us: info@maramila.gr, in order to complete the procedure and sent you your order.

4. Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on the delivery of your order is done through the courier service ACS and the cost for Greece is 2,5 VAT included euros (plus the delivery cost, the sum is 6€, VAT included).
Shipping and payment by cash is free on domestic orders (Greece) above 50€.
This payment method is available only for Greece.
12. Returns Policy
1. Withdrawal From The Contract
The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of receiving the shipment in accordance to the law. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the purchaser must notify us by an e-mail (info@maramila.gr) within the given period of time. The purchaser must send us the request (you can find the Returned Request Form at the end of this document) of withdrawal with the number of the invoice and his bank account number. The purchaser who withdraws from the contract is obliged to pay the necessary cost related to the returning of the goods, if the customer returns goods without damage or any flaw.
Goods must satisfy the following conditions:
- Goods must be in original undamaged packaging
- Goods must be undamaged
- Goods shall not be used – goods must be without any signs of being worn
- Goods must be complete
- Goods must be sent back with the invoice and other documents that were originally send.
- Do not send goods by cash on delivery (COD)
- If a present was send originally with the goods, it should be returned too.
Received, respectively, delivered goods have to be returned back to our address, Maria Mitroula, K.Lehonia T.K. 37300 Magnesia, Greece, at customer’s own expenses.
Exceptions from the right to withdraw from the contract and the withdrawal is denied:
- For special orders, personal jewel, when the jewel/s or other goods were made according to customer’s specific wishes/directions.
- For jewel/s –goods that have been modified after customer’s specific wishes/directions.
When returning a product we are not liable for any loss of goods, while being shipped to us. It is the customer’s duty to pack the goods in such way that the goods will be prevented from any damage.
When all above mentioned conditions for returning the goods will be fulfilled, the money for the goods will be send to your bank account within 14 days from the date of physical receiving of the undamaged and unused goods.
In the event of failure of any above mentioned conditions, we will not accept the withdrawal from the contract and the goods will be returned back to the customer.
Please notice: the bank account holder must be the same person with the person mentioned in the invoice and other documents that have the customer’s name.
Only the Customer will be entitled to receive a refund. In no event will a gift recipient entitled to receive a refund.
Customers may return and exchange a product purchased on the website only if the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy. You may exchange the products strictly within 14 days, as mentioned above.
If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the customer as applicable will be charged the difference in price.
If the exchanged item is less expensive than the returned product, maramila will not return any difference in price and the customer should order as many products as to fulfil the initial price of the order. You can only once exchange or return an item.
Returned and exchanged product’s shipping costs will be charged to the customer. The returned products must fulfil the above terms and conditions. Only then the exchange can take place.
2. Returns of defective products
All packages shipped by maramila are checked before shipping and sealed accordingly. However, if despite this, you should ascertain the existence of some defect, or a bespoke property is missing, or a different, from the order, product has been send to you, please express your views in writing via email info@maramila.gr immediately from the time of delivery and let us know if you wish a refund or an exchange or repair of the product.
In order the returned products to be accepted they must fulfil the above terms and conditions of return policy.
The return costs bear on maramila only if the customer will use our shipping methods, specifically ACS courier for Greece (except inaccessible places witch will be accomplished by Hellenic Post) and Hellenic Post for abroad.
Returns from abroad shall be sent by regular mail and when the product is received, you will be reimbursed the amount paid for postage.
In any case you will be informed for your return’s shipping details via email.
Defective products are either repaired or replaced, accordingly, and shipped back to you at maramila’s expense. In the event that the product cannot be replaced, it is substituted by another product of equal value.
Returns for repairs or replacement are acceptable so long as the product does not bear any damage due to misuse. If it is ascertained that the damage has resulted from misuse by the customer, the product is returned in the same condition it was received in and the shipping costs, in this case, bear on the customer.
You may return the products strictly within 14 days, as mentioned above; otherwise maramila reserves the right not to accept the return.
How you can return a product for repairing or replacing
1. Fill in the Repair/ Returns Request Form and send it to us via

2. A confirmation e mail will be send to you.
3. Include the product with all its accessories, the invoice, the Warranty Card and all other documents, in its original box and delivery package and send it to us: Maria Mitroula, K.Lehonia T.K. 37300 Magnesia, Greece. The return costs bear on maramila only if the customer will use our shipping methods, specifically ACS courier for Greece (except inaccessible places witch will be accomplished by Hellenic Post) and Hellenic Post for abroad.
4. When returning a product we are not liable for any loss of goods, while being shipped to us. It is the customer’s duty to pack the goods in such way that the goods will be prevented from any damage.
5. Maramila will not accept any return shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in way. All returns will be subject to strict quality control by maramila to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet quality control standards, maramila will refuse the return and the products will be sent back to the customer to his expense.
6. If satisfies quality control, maramila will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. In the case of refund, within 5 working days we will deposit the money in your bank account. Please notice: the bank account holder must be the same person with the person mentioned in the invoice and other documents that have the customer’s name.
7. In the case of repairing the returned product, we will firstly contact with you via email, in order to inform you about the needed time for repair.
8. Please notice that if in the initial order some of the products are defective or a bespoke property is missing, or a different, from the order, product has been send to you, the right of withdrawal replacement/ repair is sprightly for them and not the rest.
13. GUARANTEE
The guarantee for the goods is 24 months in accordance with valid legislation (Commercial Code, Civil Code, etc.).
The guarantee does not relate to the defects caused by incorrect and inconsiderate use of the product, including the casual use of the product.
The guarantee covers only for the quality of the jewel and gemstones, and includes normal wear-and-tear and not a damage due to mistreatment
